2017 R.B.EDC Report
On August 31, 2017, the Greater Runaway Bay Allicance and City Council hosted a Town Hall meeting at The Club at Runaway Bay. Jim Porterfield, President of the Runaway Bay Economic Development Corporation, presented the 2017 EDC Report. That report is available to view here.
Sam's Dock coming to Runaway Bay!
A new business may be going in where the old hotel was located and adjacent to The Bay Church. The owner, Sam, has several lakeside restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals, and cabin/lodges in the north Texas area. Sam already has 6 of these businesses including locations on Possum Kingdom Lake, Lake Grapevine, Lake Lewisville in Lewisville and Frisco, and in Graham.
